Day 4: Visit to Penn State

Rode Skyline Drive today through Shenandoah National Park. Great ride, beautiful roads! Some pics from Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive. 

We had lunch in Royal Fork, Virginia at The Knotty Pine. The menu was awesome! It was a blast from the past and had a PB & J sandwich for $1.25, no joke! Had things like grilled cheese, tuna fish, and cheese sandwiches. Jon had a patty melt ( he had no idea what it was ) and I had a Tuna melt. Turns out they were both delicious! 

Next we headed to Penn State so I can see where I go to college.

Tomorrow we go to Portland, Maine to Allagash Brewery. Penn State was a detour so is Allagash. Chose school and beer over ice cream. Who would have thunk? (Original plan was Ben & Jerry's I've cream)
